I am looking at buying a LCD flat-panel HDTV monitor that I plan on using as both a tv and computer monitor. I have been looking at a 23 inch widescreen Philips monitor (23PF5320), however I am worried the resolution (1366x768) is not high enough to be used as a computer monitor. Will my desktop look normal or will everything appear warped and larger than normal because of this resolution? Thanks in advance for any responses. I put together on of those homemade hdtv antenna"s made of coat hangers. Its the one that looks a little like 4 bow ties space about 5 inches apart. So far it is working just fine, considering i am about 50 miles from transmitting towers. Only have one question. Do I need to ground this antenna some how? Im affraid besides a antenna, i may have also created a lightning rod!! I just remembered, ive seen a coax connector with two male ends and a lug for grounding a ataching a solid copper wire to run to ground rod. I think this will suffice.
