I have an extra antenna, if my brother signs-up for satellite TV service for two rooms, can I have one of his receivers connected to my antenna at my home??

So you will have service in two homes, right?

If it is a pay satellite TV service, no. That is called accounts splitting, and is more than likely against your contract terms to do such a thing. That is because one subscription is a license only for one "domicile address".

What you can do is gbet your own receiver and subscription, and be legal.
