TV lits up with a light blue background with all sounds ok with tv/dvd but there is no picture.
But I can see the Menu and volume control progress bars on the screen.
Does it still means picture tube is gone bad?

changed the source or check the cables

- either the pic tube went out or somethings not plugged in right. check the manual.
